UK AI ranking at a glance (our 2026 data)

  • 65% of 414 independent UK businesses were named by none of the four assistants.
  • Perplexity, which searches live, names small businesses far more often than ChatGPT or Claude.

Sector pages: plumbers, electricians, dentists, solicitors. Cities: London, Manchester, Cardiff & South Wales.

What we do, step by step

  1. Free live check. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the questions your customers ask ("best [trade] in [town]") and show who they name.
  2. Find the gaps. Missing schema.org data, unclear service and location text, inconsistent name/address/phone, missing Bing Places or Google Business Profile, thin directory citations.
  3. Fix them (£295 one-off). Structured data, AI-ready FAQ and service copy, llms.txt, crawler access, Bing and Google listings, key UK directories.
  4. Re-test and monitor (£49/month, optional). Before-and-after answers from all four assistants, then monthly re-tests.

In our study of 414 UK businesses, 65% were not named by any of the four assistants. Nobody can guarantee what an AI says; we fix what AI relies on and show you the results.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI ranking for businesses?

AI ranking is whether, and how high, AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude name your business when someone asks for a recommendation in your trade and area.

Who offers AI ranking services in the UK?
